What we collect
When you send an enquiry through this website, we collect:
- Your name, telephone number and email address
- The pickup address and destination for the journey
- Travel dates and times
- Passenger numbers, luggage counts and anything you tell us in the notes
- Your company name, if you send a business enquiry
We ask for an address because we cannot quote for a journey without knowing where it starts and ends. Nothing on the form is collected for any other purpose.
Why we use it
- To provide a quote for the journey you asked about
- To arrange and carry out a booking you go on to make
- To contact you about that booking, including if something changes
The lawful basis is that processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and to perform that contract.
How your enquiry reaches us
The enquiry form sends your details to our email inbox through a transactional email provider. It is not stored in a database on this website, and the site sets no cookies — see our cookie policy.
Who we share it with
We share your details with the driver carrying out your journey, because they need to know where to collect you. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we are using it. Contact us and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
